Rocksteady Master Bodywork Apprenticeship
The Rocksteady Master Bodywork Apprenticeship is a 30-hour intensive training with the Rocksteady Bodywork team. This Master Apprenticeship is for graduates of an accredited massage therapy school. It is a highly focused immersion experience that helps therapists gain the skills, confidence, and experience to succeed as a wellness professional.
Program Overview
The Rocksteady Master Apprenticeship is designed as a developmental program for therapists who will join the Rocksteady team. Our elite therapists will work with you one-on-one not only to hone your existing skills but also to learn the special Rocksteady methodology and philosophy that has helped us become the most esteemed bodywork studio in the Intermountain West. This program is available to new hires at Rocksteady — whether fresh out of massage school or experienced therapists looking to grow. You will learn right in our beautiful studio and training will always be personalized, with no more than four therapists per teacher in a learning session.

You will work directly with Jessa Munion, award-winning massage therapist, respected yoga instructor and teacher trainer, and owner of Rocksteady. Learning directly and intimately from Jessa gives you the opportunity to acquire true skills that will make you successful in the field of wellness.
Jessa :
• Is an Ivy League graduate, Bryn Mawr.
• Is a 500-hour certified Yoga teacher and a certified Massage Therapist. She is currently training in Pilates. There are very few practitioners or teachers with her experience and expertise across multiple disciplines of movement and bodywork.
• Has been 100% booked for every available hour she has made available for Bodywork clients over the past eight years!!
• Trained and mentored four incredible bodyworkers at Rocksteady: Sloane Pitman, Cody MacDonald, Liz Weldon, and Aries.
• Ran operations and event productions for the Baptiste Yoga Institute for 6 years with retreats held all over the United States and Mexico.
• Established Yoga Teacher Training programs in three different studios in Salt Lake City and Park City. These studios still run the training programs that she designed and created.
• Trained hundreds of certified Yoga teachers in her trainings these past 10 years.

Cost, Requirements, and Considerations
$3,500 or trade
This program is available to new hires at Rocksteady — whether fresh out of massage school or experienced therapists looking to grow.
We guarantee work for 12 months after you complete the Rocksteady Master Apprenticeship. All of our therapists are continually booked 8 to 12 weeks out, and all earn a consistent, livable wage.
